SMS Speak will convert all incoming text messages to voice. After listening, you can reply by voice and SMS Speak will translate your message to a text and send it.

This simple app allows you to send and receive texts without fumbling for the phone and keypad. While running, a new text will be spoken into your speaker or ear piece (via Bluetooth if enabled*). After listening, speak your reply and SMS Speak will convert it back to text and read it to you. If you are happy with the text it will be sent. If not, speak it again until you're happy with the message.
